Who we are
Buddy's Drive-Thru Coffee is operated by Bryant Property Group Pty Ltd as trustee for The Bryant Property Trust (ABN 95 384 201 239), trading as Buddys Drive-Thru. 8 Maroochydore Road, Maroochydore QLD 4558.
Using the site
This site is for information about our drive-thru, menu, hours and location. Please don't misuse it, copy it for commercial use, or try to interfere with how it works.
Menu, prices and hours
We keep the site up to date, but menu items, prices, specials and hours can change without notice. Prices on the menu board at the window are the ones that apply. All prices include GST. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Specials
Specials like the early bird and brekky deal run for the times shown, while stock lasts, and can be changed or ended at any time.
Online ordering
Ordering ahead and buying beans or merchandise is handled through a third-party ordering app. When you order, that provider's terms and privacy policy also apply. Payment is processed by them, not on this site.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something's not right with your order, let us know at the window or email hey@buddyscoffee.com.au and we'll sort it out.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, like Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and the ordering app. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Intellectual property
The Buddy's name, logo, illustrations, photos and copy on this site belong to us. Please don't use them without our permission.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Buddy's Drive-Thru Coffee respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through buddyscoffee.com.au, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
• Information you send us, like your name, email and message when you email us.
• Website usage data, like pages visited, device, browser, rough location and how you found us. This is collected through Google Analytics using cookies and doesn't identify you by name.
We don't take payments on this site, and we don't collect card details.
Online ordering
Orders, payments and loyalty are handled by a third-party ordering app. Any information you give when ordering is collected by that provider under their own privacy policy.
How we use it
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To understand how people use the site and improve it.
• To run the business, including dealing with suppliers and customer feedback.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
• Google, for analytics and maps.
• Our website host and email provider, who store data on our behalf.
